Your Role

As a key member of our team, you will enhance our footprint in the US and Canada by establishing and nurturing partnerships aimed at funding nature-based climate initiatives. You will engage with a market ripe for development, leveraging initial client relationships and the potential for dynamic growth, supported by strategic allies and an extensive network.

  • Fostering and broadening collaborations with strategic partners and clients
  • Leading the acquisition of new clientele, from initial outreach to onboarding, in close collaboration with the team
  • Assisting in the execution of client projects
  • Working closely with our teams in Partnerships, Communication, Climate Strategy, and the development of climate protection initiatives
  • Monitoring trends in the voluntary and compliance carbon markets in North America, alongside international best practices for corporate climate action
  • Contributing to the evolution of our market strategy
  • Expanding the Climate Solutions network across North America
  • Representing FORLIANCE in business networks, events, and conferences, including delivering keynote presentations
Your Qualifications
  • Degree in economics or a related field, preferably with a focus on account management or customer relationship management
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling, pitching, and business development
  • Several years of experience in strategic account management, with a solid grasp of the challenges faced by businesses and the ability to articulate complex topics
  • Initial exposure to sustainability, particularly in voluntary carbon markets, and an understanding of corporate climate protection challenges
  • Strategic sales expertise and a self-directed, results-oriented approach with strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to engage confidently with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Strong commitment to climate protection initiatives
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
