Executive Vice President of Sales for North America

Panduit is seeking a seasoned sales executive to lead its North America sales team. As the Executive Vice President of Sales for North America, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth, improve sales processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and distributors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strategic partnerships.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
