SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE VICE PRESIDENT

The Senior Executive Assistant will be instrumental in providing comprehensive support to the Vice President by overseeing daily operations, managing executive schedules, and safeguarding sensitive information. This position demands a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in Microsoft Office Suite and outstanding organizational and communication abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and organize the Vice President's calendar, including the arrangement of meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Draft and refine correspondence, reports, presentations, and various documents.
  • Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive information.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks.
  • Conduct research and gather data for reports and presentations.
  • Organize and manage files, records, and documents for efficient access and retrieval.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the Vice President and the executive team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a comparable role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the capability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion in managing confidential information.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
