Job Description

Accoravillage is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Services Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and guidance to our clients in the mining industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system maintenance.
  • System Implementation: Plan and execute successful system implementations and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use our fleet management systems.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain and update knowledge bases, documentation, and other resources to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 6-10 years of experience in a technical services role, with a strong background in fleet management systems and the mining industry.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of databases, SQL, and real-time software systems, as well as experience with Windows networking and server administration.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or engineering.
