About the Role

Mehome Real Estate Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Technical Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and ensure that our solutions meet their business needs.
  • Technical Documentation: Document technical requirements to ensure that our products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Business Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Security Risk Assessment: Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the security of our systems.
  • Security Policy Development: Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to ensure that our systems are user-friendly and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Work Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
