Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering: Confer with clients, including our internal stakeholders, to identify their technical requirements and ensure that our solutions meet their needs.
  • Technical Documentation: Document technical requirements to ensure that our products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • System Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
  • Security Risk Assessment: Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the integrity of our systems.
  • Security Policy Development: Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations that may arise in the course of your work.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to ensure that our systems are user-friendly and meet the needs of our users.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Language: Work in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
