  • Client Engagement
    • Collaborate with clients to identify their technical requirements and understand their business needs.
  • Technical Requirements Documentation
    • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed technical requirements documentation to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Business Solutions Development
    • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Security Risk Assessment
    • Conduct thorough assessments of physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the integrity of our systems.
  • Security Policy Development
    • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and protect our clients' data.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Conduct regular reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Conflict Resolution
    • Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner to maintain a positive working relationship with clients and stakeholders.
  • Usability Testing
    • Conduct usability testing to ensure that our information systems are user-friendly and meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of information systems and business solutions.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours
    • 30-40 hours per week.
