Key Responsibilities

Confer with clients, including our internal stakeholders, to identify their technical requirements and ensure that our solutions meet their business needs.

Technical Documentation

Document technical requirements to ensure that our products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with industry standards.

System Design and Development

Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that are scalable, secure, and meet the needs of our organization.

Security Risk Assessment

Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure that our systems are secure and compliant with industry standards.

Security Policy Development

Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure business continuity.

Quality Assurance

Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure that they meet industry standards and are aligned with our business needs.

Conflict Resolution

Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner to ensure that our team members are able to work effectively and efficiently.

Usability Testing

Conduct usability testing to ensure that our systems are user-friendly and meet the needs of our end-users.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
