Job Title: Technical Claims Assistant

Description: The Technical Claims Assistant is integral in delivering administrative support to the claims department. Key responsibilities encompass:

  • Processing and documenting claims;
  • Overseeing the initiation and conclusion of notifications;
  • Monitoring automotive claim files;
  • Supporting claims analysts in their tasks;
  • Coordinating activities within customer claims records;
  • Performing various clerical duties associated with claims oversight.

Job Requirements:

Technical Skills

  • Educational background in office administration, secretarial studies, or a related field;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel);
  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).

Personal Skills

  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Exhibit precision and thoroughness;
  • Capability to assess protections;
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting;
  • Collaborative team player.

  • Familiarity with EPIC software is advantageous;
  • Experience in a digital environment is beneficial;
