Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Bilingual Claims Support Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This is a hybrid role that requires 2-3 days in the office per week.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will create a positive impression and welcoming reception while performing several administrative duties, including:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
- Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Performing data entry, dictation, and file management tasks
- Assisting with claims processing and documentation
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant software
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
