About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team at CellChem Pharmaceuticals Inc. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in sales management, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team and provide coaching and development opportunities to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership or management in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
