Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Sales and Revenue to join our team at AC Hotels by Marriott Ottawa Downtown. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the property's revenue department and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement revenue strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Financial Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure effective use of resources and achieve financial goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, revenue management, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Language: Fluency in English and French.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of revenue management systems and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
