About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Human Resources Mergers and Acquisitions team in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in advising clients on all aspects of HR and change management throughout the deals process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support engagements and HR workstreams to effectively manage client relationships and provide support on a variety of M&A projects from a people, HR, and communications perspective.
  • Contribute to due diligence activities, including maintaining information request lists, reviewing documents in the data room, and assisting in the preparation of final deliverables.
  • Support clients in preparing for Day 1 activities following a separation or integration to drive a positive employee experience.
  • Collaborate with team members across S&DE to develop client deliverables and proposals.
Requirements
  • Strong project management experience and ability to work at pace to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills to produce high-quality outputs and deliverables.
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Consulting experience, preferably in an M&A environment.
