Job Title: Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist

Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for providing support on finance and tax due diligence, drafting reports, and reviewing purchase and sell agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial due diligence support, including reviewing financial statements and identifying potential risks
  • Draft comprehensive reports on financial and tax due diligence findings
  • Review and advise on purchase and sell agreements, technical structures, and accounting matters
  • Ensure accurate integration of acquired companies, including accounting and financial systems
  • Monitor balance sheets and financial performance
Requirements:
  • CPA designation
  • Significant experience in M&A transactions
