Job Title: Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist

Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for providing support on finance and tax due diligence, drafting reports, and reviewing purchase and sell agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support on finance and tax due diligence, drafting reports
  • Review purchase and sell agreements, technical structure, and advise on accounting
  • Accounting integration, integrating the acquired company, and ensuring accurate integration
  • Creating the due diligence report
  • Monitoring balance sheet
Requirements:
  • CPA designation
  • M&A experience
