Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with post-mergers integration and financial due diligence services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support on financial and tax due diligence, including drafting comprehensive reports.
  • Review and analyze purchase and sale agreements, technical structures, and accounting systems to ensure seamless integration.
  • Develop and implement accounting integration strategies to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence reviews to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze balance sheets to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • CPA designation
  • Significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on post-mergers integration and financial due diligence.
