Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician Leader to join our dynamic medical team as a Hospitalist Physician. This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide medical leadership and guidance to the hospitalist team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of hospital-wide policies and procedures.
- Provide education and training to medical staff on hospital policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Eligibility for licensure in Ontario.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in hospital medicine.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
