Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality, clinic-based patient care with a focus on leadership and collaboration with therapists and specialists.
- Ensure adherence to clinical quality standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain a professional, collaborative environment that fosters open communication and teamwork.
- Patient, Employer, and Payer Experience
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and payers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Exemplify Concentra's values and promote a positive, patient-centered experience.
- Qualifications and Requirements
- Board Certification or Eligibility
- Active medical license with DEA and dispensing license
- Medicare eligibility
- FMCSA NRCME certification preferred
