Position Overview

  • Knowledge Application: Utilize knowledge of various culinary genres to enhance menu offerings.
  • Tray Assembly Supervision: Oversee the assembly of food trays to ensure accuracy and presentation.
  • Delivery Oversight: Supervise the delivery of food trolleys to maintain service efficiency.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for staff to ensure optimal coverage.
