We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at B.C. Cafe Ltd. as a Kitchen Manager. Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
    • Source high-quality ingredients and supplies to ensure consistency and excellence in our dishes.
  • Kitchen Operations
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service and quality.
    • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
    • Implement and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of kitchen staff.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
