Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Skys The Limit Holdings Inc. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and efficient meal preparation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Work Environment

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring staff to be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to stand for extended periods.

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours

The work hours are 32 hours per week.
