Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions to resolve issues.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced conditions.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, client focus, and team player attitude.
