About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Service Team Member at McDonald's Restaurants. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order, following McDonald's quality and safety standards.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to McDonald's standards for cleanliness and food safety.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing customer needs and priorities.
Requirements
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
