Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Hôtel Château Cartier. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Summary:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, including handling guest complaints and resolving issues.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on guest satisfaction, employee performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide personalized service.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, and Central Reservation Systems.
