Key Responsibilities:

* Assist students in the Community Integration through Cooperative Education (CICE) program to develop learning strategies and achieve academic goals.
* Collaborate with faculty to modify course outlines, tests, and assignments to meet students' learning needs.
* Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to support students' academic success.
* Advocate for students' concerns and promote inclusion in the classroom and college life.

Requirements:

* A minimum of a 2-year diploma in a relevant field such as Developmental Service Worker, Educational Assistant, Social Service Worker, or studies in Behavioural Science, Autism, Social Science.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities/significant learning challenges.
* Advanced knowledge of developmental disabilities and learning strategies to support student success.
* Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with faculty and students.
