Key Considerations:

Represent Advantage Solutions Collaborate within a regional team across various locations A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required Part-time schedule: Monday – Friday, 3 days a week Up to 32 hours available during peak periods

Responsibilities:

Maintain product displays at major retailers and ensure compliance with merchandising standards Monitor product freshness and manage returns Drive sales through effective display strategies Facilitate prompt distribution of new products Collaborate with retailers on promotional sales initiatives Prepare detailed reports and summaries

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience Physical stamina: ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of relevant experience preferred Capability to work independently and meet deadlines Basic computer proficiency and strong communication skills

Role Summary

The Retail Sales Representative position focuses on servicing and selling to retail accounts within an assigned territory to meet client expectations and increase sales volume. The ideal candidate is driven, ambitious, and possesses excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers at the store level. Strong organizational skills and the capacity to work autonomously are essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Distribution

Ensure full distribution of all authorized SKUs

Customer Engagement

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Sales Activities

Execute live orders for multiple clients at the store level Increase sales volume through promotional activities and display setups Complete orders for new and out-of-stock items

Merchandising Duties

Ensure accurate representation of client products on shelves

Shelf Standards and Compliance

Work to meet client shelf standards

Territory Management

Effectively manage stores within your designated territory Strengthen brand representation through customer relationships Conduct calls with key stakeholders

Reporting and Administration

Complete paperwork and reports accurately and in a timely manner
