About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Eagle Heavy Duty Parts Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and facing merchandise.
  • Sales and Promotions: Participate in sales promotions and drive sales growth by offering customers product recommendations and promotions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
