This role provides an opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service, inform customers about leading retail brands, and create a significant impact.

Key Considerations:

  • This role entails representing our client, Ferrero Canada.
  • You will be part of a regional team with designated territories; possessing a valid driver's license and dependable transportation within your area is crucial.
  • Standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, three days a week, Monday through Friday.
  • Guaranteed 24 hours per week, with the possibility of up to 32 hours during peak times.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Planogram standards and accurate pricing at major retail locations.
  • Oversee product freshness and manage returns of unsellable items.
  • Drive sales by actively promoting products and creating displays.
  • Facilitate product launches by ensuring rapid market entry and distribution.
  • Recommend orders and sales initiatives to retailers.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports, recaps, timesheets, and expense documentation.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting over 50 pounds.
  • Preferably a Bachelor's Degree or two years of relevant experience in retail, client services, or food brokerage.
  • Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and function with minimal supervision.
  • Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and Internet applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
