About the Opportunity

Lrostaffing is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Program Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the administration and delivery of an international academic program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Administration: Provide support in the areas of applicant screening, document review, and database maintenance.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings for selection committees and ensure smooth communication among team members.
  • Event Planning: Assist with national and international events, including coordinating travel for team members and recipients.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Produce high-quality reports and documents, including budget reporting for the program.
  • Communication: Serve as the secondary point of contact for program inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in program administration. The successful candidate will have:

  • Post-Secondary Education: A degree in a relevant discipline, such as international relations, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in program administration, preferably in an academic or not-for-profit environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Security Clearance: Eligibility to obtain a federal government security clearance - Enhanced Reliability.
About the Job
