- Financial Management
- Prepare and manage budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting.
- Monitor and control expenses, including labor, inventory, and supplies.

- Education
- College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as hospitality or business.

- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and maintenance.

The Restaurant General Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
