Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Office of the Dean and the Office of the Executive Officer at York University's Schulich School of Business. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Dean and Executive Officer, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and make reservations as needed.
• Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets, databases, and other records.
• Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
• Develop and implement effective filing systems and maintain accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, faculty, and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in a relevant field, such as business administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a unionized environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
