Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Prime Time Donair & Poutine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and supervising kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

* Plan menus and estimate food requirements for our restaurant
* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
* Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
* Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient operations
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
* Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
* Flexibility, organized, and a team player
