Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Summerlyn Pet Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
