Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Spice Hut Canada Franchise Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Establish and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless delivery of food and service to our customers.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Staff Management: Hire and train new staff members, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Prepare and review food order summaries for our chef, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of orders.
  • Tray Assembly and Delivery: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring they are presented to our customers in a clean and appetizing manner.
  • Trolley Delivery: Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring they are delivered to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
