What will your daily responsibilities entail?


• Meeting or surpassing sales and profit targets for your designated area.


• Utilizing available analytics to effectively manage your sales territory.


• Establishing strong customer relationships through regular sales interactions, including face-to-face meetings and site visits.


• Identifying and pursuing new business prospects through outreach initiatives.


• Crafting and implementing a detailed monthly and yearly sales strategy for your territory to serve and grow our business with both existing and new clients.

... What qualifications are needed?

• Proven track record of consistent sales growth.
• Strong capability to identify new business opportunities while nurturing current accounts.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Diploma or certification in sales administration is a plus.
• Experience in residential or commercial sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with the building materials distribution sector is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Internet, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to learn and utilize Salesforce effectively.
• Knowledge of Mincron is a plus or willingness to learn our inventory management system.
• Capability to understand product lines thoroughly.
• Ability to create a strong first impression, garner attention and respect, and exude confidence.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
• Genuine interest in understanding client needs to enhance their business.
• Adaptability to competitive sales environments with minimal oversight and strong negotiation skills.
• Passionate about sales, demonstrating enthusiasm and commitment to the sales role.
• Consistently dedicated to achieving sales targets.
• Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to enhance skills through educational opportunities provided by the company and its suppliers.
