ROLE OVERVIEW

In this position, you will report to the branch manager and serve as a vital liaison for external clients, internal teams, and suppliers.

YOU ARE: A proficient negotiator, focused on sales and customer service, organized, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented.

A TYPICAL DAY INCLUDES

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing pertinent information regarding pricing and products, including conducting necessary research.
  • Inputting customer orders into the system.
  • Following up with clients on outstanding orders.
  • Managing corporate inquiries, analyzing reports, and taking appropriate actions.
  • Carrying out any other related responsibilities.

WE WOULD LIKE TO CONNECT WITH YOU IF YOU POSSESS

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service and sales.
  • A professional diploma in electrical studies and/or sales training.
  • A solid understanding of the electrical market.
