What will your daily responsibilities entail?


• Meeting or surpassing sales and profit targets for your designated area.


• Utilizing available analytics to effectively manage your sales territory.


• Cultivating strong client relationships through regular sales interactions, including face-to-face meetings and site visits.


• Identifying new business prospects through outreach efforts.


• Crafting and implementing a detailed monthly and yearly sales strategy for your territory to service and grow our client base.

• Proven track record of consistent sales growth.
• Strong capability to identify new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Relevant diploma or certification in sales administration is advantageous.
• Experience in residential or commercial sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with the building materials distribution sector is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Internet, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Mincron or similar stock management systems is an asset.
• Willingness to learn about product offerings.
• Ability to create a positive first impression, command attention and respect, and exhibit confidence.
• Self-motivated individual capable of taking initiative to achieve objectives.
• Genuine interest in understanding client needs to enhance their business.
• Ability to adapt to competitive sales environments with minimal oversight and strong negotiation capabilities.
• Driven by sales success (enthusiastic, committed, and focused on sales activities).
• Consistently exert the effort required to meet sales targets.
• Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid driver's license.
• Eagerness to develop new and existing skills through educational programs, including both company-sponsored and supplier-supported training.
