ROLE OVERVIEW
As a key liaison, you will report to the branch manager and serve as the primary contact for external clients, internal teams, and suppliers.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
You are a proficient negotiator, focused on sales and customer service, organized, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented.
YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing pertinent information regarding pricing and products, conducting research as needed.
- Inputting customer orders into the system.
- Following up with clients on outstanding orders.
- Managing corporate requests, analyzing reports, and taking necessary actions.
- Executing any other related duties.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service and sales.
- A professional diploma in electrical studies and/or sales training.
- A solid understanding of the electrical market.
