Quality Plant Engineering Leader

At V2Soft, we're seeking a seasoned Quality Plant Engineering Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering Department, you'll be responsible for leading a team of engineers to deliver product changes and launches on time. Your expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions will be invaluable in driving process improvements and ensuring the highest quality standards. With a strong background in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, you'll be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, from high-level meetings to the shop floor.
