Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers to deliver product changes and launches on time
  • Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure high-quality products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including high-level meetings and shop floor interactions
  • Work off-shift hours as necessary to meet business needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
  • Minimum of years of related experience
  • Previous experience in an Engineering Department, Vehicle/mechanic Plant, or Project team
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-intensity environment while working on multiple projects
