Overview:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the Manager of Ecosystem Capacity and Campus Onboarding. This position is essential for maintaining the Centralized Operations model across various campuses, including Downtown ScotiaPlaza and Eglinton Campus in Scarborough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a client-focused environment, enhancing relationships and utilizing broader organizational resources and expertise.
  • Provide timely updates regarding occupancy fluctuations to Community Leads, ensuring the integrity of data.
  • Assist in record management, resource guide maintenance, and orientation for Community Leads as necessary.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure all team members fulfill their responsibilities in handling population data.
  • Support the resolution of requests, concerns, and issues raised by Community Leads related to population data, relocations, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Facilitate tasks related to the relocation, onboarding, or offboarding of teams across multiple buildings and ecosystems.
  • Engage with stakeholders, business partners, and support teams concerning relocation activities.
  • Coordinate communication and logistics with relevant stakeholders and support teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, operations, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with data management skills.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, practices, and legal standards.
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment with periods of walking, sitting, or standing.

Work Environment:

This role is primarily office-based, with the possibility of non-standard hours. The position involves minimal physical activity but requires occasional movement throughout various locations. The role may involve stress due to tight deadlines and critical service obligations.
