Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at JIND CARRIERS. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Communication: Respond to employee inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate records and data, including employee information and office statistics.
  • Technology: Utilize MS Outlook and QuickBooks to manage email, calendars, and financial records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and must be able to communicate effectively in English.
