We are seeking a Senior Analyst, People Process & Technology to enhance our Workday HCM journey. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with the Senior Manager, People Process & Technology and be an integral part of the Business Analyst team. Your focus will be on the scoping, design, and deployment of Workday features and enhancements, ensuring an optimal user experience on our Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture partnerships with business Centers of Excellence (COEs) and cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in developing a multi-year product/enhancement roadmap for COEs.
  • Collaborate with Process leads, development teams, and other stakeholders to plan, scope, and implement enhancements and initiatives.
  • Lead the discovery, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and change management processes for Workday solutions related to HCM.
  • Utilize your expertise in Workday features to enhance user satisfaction, boost productivity, and streamline maintenance efforts.
  • Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations to address strategic challenges.
  • Propose and implement solutions based on thorough issue analysis and business impact assessments.
  • Develop solutions aligned with business strategies and stakeholder needs, ensuring value and positive outcomes.
  • Conduct research using Workday's online resources to provide subject matter expert support.
  • Encourage reporting automation, self-service capabilities, and a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic analytics and reporting initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Independently manage non-routine situations and system anomalies.
  • Mentor and coach Analysts in their Business Analyst roles.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Workday across various HR disciplines, along with a relevant post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong functional knowledge of HCM processes, challenges, and leading practices to support talent transformation initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Workday, particularly in HCM.
  • Familiarity with Workday tools and functionalities.
  • Understanding of the Workday Security model.
  • Excellent business relationship management skills.
  • Competencies in project management, communication, collaboration, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to influence design decisions based on Workday capabilities.
  • Experience with the Workday Deployment Methodology / SDLC.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the Workday ecosystem, maintaining certifications and understanding product roadmaps.
  • A passion for resolving complex issues and delivering high service levels to client groups.
