Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding FISPAN's client base through new bank acquisitions. Your primary focus will be targeting and closing new bank opportunities in alignment with FISPAN's corporate objectives and ensuring that they are set up to drive maximum value from our solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

    • New Bank Prospecting and Acquisition: Develop a comprehensive prospecting and outreach strategy to engage with new bank targets, with a focus on signing contracts to acquire new bank logos.
    • Opportunity Management: Own and manage the new bank pipeline, ensuring timely progression, closing, and hygiene.
    • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Proactively work across FISPAN's internal teams to ensure alignment and support.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop a deep understanding of banks' goals and challenges to create a comprehensive new bank sales strategy.
    • Product & Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate FISPAN's value to clients.
    • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Continuously identify areas of opportunity and improvement across the enterprise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in similar sales roles, achieving and exceeding quota
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the context of technology-driven solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute account plans
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
