Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mow and Snow Land Services (2016) Ltd.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, with a focus on sales and customer service.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Relocation Costs: Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Work Setting: Urban area.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines.
