Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Chef Paaji Corp. as a key member of our culinary team.
Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Menu Planning: Determine the size of food portions and costs, and plan menus that meet the needs of our customers.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Culinary Expertise: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and maintain knowledge of cuisine specialties, including East Indian and vegetarian cuisine.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 50 hours per week.
