About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Galaxy Homes. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
  • Administrative Support: Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client services.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an administrative or front desk capacity.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
