About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Galaxy Homes. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and direct clients and visitors to the appropriate contacts or service areas, providing basic information and assistance as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Obtain and process information required to provide customer service, operate the switchboard or telephone system, and maintain accurate records and logs.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, schedule and confirm appointments, and send invoices as required.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure the smooth operation of our front desk.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team members to provide a seamless and efficient experience for our clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a customer-facing role is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic computer software.
