Shift Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the daily activities of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
As a Shift Manager at Tim Hortons, you will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure to meet customer demands and maintain high standards of quality and service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Supervision: 3-4 people
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 hours per week
