Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff
Lead and motivate a team of staff members to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our customer's needs.
Train and Develop StaffProvide ongoing training and development opportunities to help staff members improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to handle a variety of tasks and situations.
Maintain Quality and Safety StandardsEnsure that all food and beverages are prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety, and that our restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesOversee the ordering and inventory of supplies, and ensure that our restaurant is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
Monitor Sales and PerformanceTrack and analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and to make informed decisions about how to optimize our operations.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service industry.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and quality.
Physical DemandsStanding for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
